hitchhikers drive to more empathy – #4
we hit the streets, thumbs up, down the road – portraying the people, who give us a ride! welcome to new adventures and undiscovered paths…
bobby just got back from the hospital. his niece died, she had lung cancer and she ‘smoked like a chimney’ (bobby).
you always need time to mourn, everybody does it their own way. he picked us up, because he wanted to help out the dog, waiting with us at the pull off.
later it turned out, that bobby (cab driver in halifax) knows a guy, my travel mate knows from his days, back then, as a furniture mover – small small world it is…
thanks bobby and sorry for your loss again!
